Juli.<br>Es war wundersch\u00f6n!<br>Ich erwache in meinem kleinen Zimmer in Berlev\u00e5g. Leider muss ich dieses recht bald verlassen, den beschaulichen Ort am Nordwestzipfel der Varanger-Halbinsel aber noch nicht. Kurz vor 11 bin ich wieder in der grauen K\u00e4lte. Mein erster Weg f\u00fchrt mich zum kleinen Hafen- und Regionalmuseum.<br>Nix los. Netterweise bekomme ich einen pers\u00f6nlichen F\u00fchrer durch die Ausstellung. Ein vielleicht 20-J\u00e4hriger geleitet mich und erkl\u00e4rt mir recht viel. Leider verstehe ich nur sehr wenig, da er etwas lispelt und einen stark ausgepr\u00e4gten Dialekt hat. Die Sprache unserer Wahl ist selbstverst\u00e4ndlich Norwegisch, bei mir eher Skandinavisch. Im Museum findet sich sehr viel zur Geschichte Berlev\u00e5gs. Auch hier zeigt sich wieder deutlich, wie die Besatzer Ende 1944 gew\u00fctet haben. In diesem Dorf wurde konsequent die Taktik der \u00bbVerbrannten Erde\u00ab angewendet. Die Zeit des Wiederaufbaus ist vor allem durch das Entstehen zweier gro\u00dfer Hafenmolen gepr\u00e4gt. Speziell f\u00fcr Berlev\u00e5g ist die Verwendung besonderer \u00bbBausteine\u00ab f\u00fcr diese beiden \u00e4u\u00dferen Molen. Diese sind aus Tetrapoden \u2013 Betonkl\u00f6tzen mit 4 Spitzen \u2013 aufgebaut, welche auch als Logotyp f\u00fcr das Museum verwendet werden. Ein l\u00e4ngerer Film zeigt den Bau von Revnes- und Svartoksmole mittels Tetrapoden sehr anschaulich. In einem kleineren Schuppen befindet sich ein Ausschiffungsboot, das bis in die 1970er-Jahre beim Waren- und Passagiertransport von und zu den Hurtigruten-Schiffen verwendet wurde.<br><br>Bevor ich das Dorf verlasse, lichte ich noch die vielen M\u00f6wen ab. Diese haben es sich in einem gro\u00dfen Lagerhaus gem\u00fctlich gemacht.<br><br>Kurz vor Mittag beginnt meine langsame R\u00fcckfahrt \u00fcber die K\u00fcstenstra\u00dfe entlang der noch immer rauen Barentssee.<br>Nach 10 Kilometern erreiche ich den Leuchtturm von Kj\u00f8lnes. Von hier erhasche ich noch einen letzten verschwommenen Blick auf Berlev\u00e5g.<br><br>Hatte ich gestern mein n\u00e4chstes Ziel noch flott passiert, so halte ich heute in Kongsfjord. Ein recht markantes wei\u00dfes Haus, mit einem Oldtimer davor, l\u00e4dt zum Verweilen ein. In dem Landhandel gibt es frischgebackene Waffeln. W\u00e4hrend ich darauf warte, schaue ich mich in dem kuriosen H\u00e4uschen um. Hier findet sich allerhand Plunder: Buddelschiffe, Wanduhren, Kleidung und anderes. Vieles davon hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Nach vielleicht 10 Minuten ist meine kleine St\u00e4rkung fertig. W\u00e4hrend ich mich an eine Holzbank setze, werde ich ob meines guten Norwegisch gelobt. Das h\u00f6rt man gern.<br>Kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter betritt ein Herr mit knuffigem Gesicht den Laden und setzt sich zu mir. Er ist vielleicht Mitte 30 und scheint aus dem Ort zu kommen. Ein l\u00e4ngeres Gespr\u00e4ch beginnt, das sich vor allem um die Sprache dreht. Irgendwann, auf die Frage nach dem Krieg, bringt er einen denkw\u00fcrdigen Satz. Er meint, dass der Krieg das beste gewesen sei, was dieser Region passieren konnte. Einfach wegen der vielen deutschen Touristen. Waren es fr\u00fcher noch die Veteranen, so besuchen mittlerweile Kinder und Enkel die Varanger-Halbinsel, um die Schaupl\u00e4tze zu erkunden, an denen die V\u00e4ter und Gro\u00dfv\u00e4ter stationiert waren. Hmm\u2026 sehr rational gedacht. Gegen 2 Uhr verlasse ich den Landhandel, die Besitzerin bedankt sich auf Deutsch bei mir.<br><br>Ich mache einen kleinen Schwenk auf die Halbinsel Veines.<br>Zuerst halte ich an einem Parkplatz. Dieser bietet allerdings kaum Aussicht. Deshalb beschlie\u00dfe ich, \u00fcber einen Feldweg bergauf zu hoppeln. Ein wirklicher Feldweg! In der Mitte Gras, links und rechts kleinere und gr\u00f6\u00dfere Steine. Langsames Vorankommen. Nach einem guten Kilometer, auf einer Anh\u00f6he, ist Schluss. Das reicht mir schon. Von diesem, etwas erh\u00f6hten, Standort bietet sich eine sch\u00f6ne Rundumsicht auf Kongsfjord, die Stra\u00dfe nach Berlev\u00e5g und das Meer. Die Sonne strahlt \u00fcber einen tiefblauen Himmel, dabei sind es 13 Grad. Fotostopp. Dieser ist gegen halb 3 zuende.<br>Langsam hoppele ich zur Hauptstra\u00dfe zur\u00fcck. Es geht wieder bergauf ins Fj\u00e4ll. Ich lasse mir viel Zeit und lege unterwegs einige Stopps ein. So auch am h\u00f6chsten Punkt. Es gibt zwar keinen Parkplatz, weshalb ich nur kurz am Stra\u00dfenrand halte und die Tafel verewige. Weiterfahrt ins gr\u00fcne Tal nach Austertana und zur schnurgeraden Kr\u00fcppelbirken-Allee. An der kleinen Kirche folgt der n\u00e4chste Halt. Die ungew\u00f6hnlichen B\u00e4ume kann ich nun ins rechte Licht r\u00fccken. W\u00e4hrend des 20-min\u00fctigen Stopps passieren mich f\u00fcnf Autos. Gem\u00fctlich rolle ich, wieder am Tana, flussaufw\u00e4rts. An einem weiteren kleinen Parkplatz sind die gro\u00dfen Sandb\u00e4nke des Flussdeltas gut zu sehen und werden auf Chip gebannt. Der namensgebende Ort ist gegen f\u00fcnf erreicht. Es folgt ein kurzer Einkauf samt TB-Besuch.<br><br>Zur\u00fcck auf der E6 geht es nun ostw\u00e4rts.<br>Sehr schnell wird aus dem gr\u00fcnen Tal eine kahle Hochfl\u00e4che mit, erneut, verkr\u00fcppelten Birken. Der Varangerfjord ist in der Ferne zu erkennen. Zur\u00fcck am Meer pausiere ich mal wieder. Es beginnt eine 60-Kilometer-andauernde Achterbahnfahrt durch unbewohntes Gebiet, dessen Landschaft der Vidda um Kautokeino \u00e4hnelt, einschlie\u00dflich kahler Gebirgsketten im Hintergrund. Kurz hinter der Ortschaft Neiden verl\u00e4uft die Europastra\u00dfe entlang eines weiteren Fjords. An dessen Ende finden sich Warntafeln, die ein milit\u00e4risches Sperrgebiet ank\u00fcndigen \u2013 auf 8 km. Die Grenze zu Russland ist nicht mehr weit, ebenso Kirkenes. Auf dem Weg in die \u00bbgro\u00dfe\u00ab Stadt passiere ich meinen \u00dcbernachtungsplatz.<br>In Kirkenes angekommen, kundschafte ich noch den Schiffsanleger aus, um f\u00fcr den morgigen Tag Bescheid zu wissen. Laut einer Hinweistafel kann ich ab 10:30 Uhr verladen werden. Es bleibt also genug Zeit und ich habe es nicht weit. Nach dieser kleinen Stadtrundfahrt, samt unsichtbarer Farthinder, zuckele ich ein kleines St\u00fcck westw\u00e4rts zu meinem ausersehenen Platz bei Hesseng zur\u00fcck. Es ist keiner mehr da, aber der Platz ist ge\u00f6ffnet. W\u00e4hrend eines kurzen Telefonats werden mir die Formalit\u00e4ten mitgeteilt \u00bbStell Dein Zelt auf den Platz und bezahle morgen. Du kannst das Geld \u2013 habe 165:- Kronen verstanden \u2013 notfalls in einen Briefkasten werfen.\u00ab Der Zeltaufbau gestaltet sich ob der M\u00fccken recht schwierig. Aber nach einer halben Stunde ist es geschafft. W\u00e4hrend ich mit den beiden sms-e, entsteht langsam eine Umr\u00e4umliste f\u00fcr den morgigen Tag. Es gibt einiges zu tun! Gegen 11 Uhr verfalle ich in einen leichten D\u00e4mmerschlaf. Ein weiterer intensiver, sonniger Tag geht zu Ende.<br><br>Die Nacht ist erwartbar unruhig.<br>Den Mittwoch-Morgen verbringe ich mit Zeltabbau und Umr\u00e4umen. Au\u00dfer Essen und Technik brauche ich nicht viel f\u00fcr die kommenden Tage. Statt das \u00dcbernachtungsgeld in den Briefkasten zu werfen, warte ich bis 10 und bezahle an der Rezeption. So werden aus 165:- Kronen nur noch 135:-. Sehr gut! Es kann losgehen. Kurz darauf bin ich wieder am Hafen von Kirkenes. Hier stehen schon mehrere Busse f\u00fcr Hurtigruten-Kurzausfl\u00fcgler bereit. In dem zur russischen Grenze sitzen zwei, mir wohl bekannte, Personen. W\u00e4hrend diese beiden eine kleine Runde machen, fahre ich zum Schiff. Die MS \u00bbRichard With\u00ab (RW) soll mich und meinen treuen Reisebegleiter aufnehmen. Gleich zu Beginn werde ich meine umger\u00e4umtes und sortiertes Bordgep\u00e4ck los; nur meinen Schlepptopp muss ich noch selbst tragen. Die Sonne brennt schon sehr heftig. Halb elf ist l\u00e4ngst vorbei. Ich gehe aufs Schiff, w\u00e4hrend die blaue Schweden-Limousine im Licht des hellen Sterns steht und langsam zur fahrenden Sauna mutiert. An der Rezeption erhalte ich meine Bordkarte und eine Karte f\u00fcrs Auto. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen kann ich in die Kabine Nummer 394 beziehen, da diese bereits in Besitz genommen ist. Kurz vor 11 Uhr bin ich in meinem Quartier f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten knapp 4 Tage. Abladen und dann langsam zur\u00fcck zum Auto. Obwohl ab 11.30h bereits verladen werden soll, dauert es noch fast 1 Stunde l\u00e4nger, bevor alles an Bord ist.<br>Warten\u2026<br><br>Ausgestattet mit dem Zielhafen Trondheim unter dem Scheibenwischer, werde ich an Bord gelotst.<br>\u00dcber eine Rampe und einen Autolift geht es in das Deck 2. Ein Junge weist mir den Platz zu, direkt neben dem grauen Fahrzeug mit demselben Zielhafen. Der Schl\u00fcssel wird f\u00fcr sp\u00e4tere Rangierman\u00f6ver unter den Scheibenwischer geklemmt. Geschafft! Mache noch eine kleine Runde, ehe ich zur 394 zur\u00fcckgehe. Dort erwarten mich bereits die Grenzreisenden, die sogleich ihre neuen Bordkarten erhalten.<br><br>Kurz vor 13 Uhr legt die RW in Kirkenes ab. Erster Hafen ist Vard\u00f8.<br>Diese \u00f6stlichste Stadt Norwegens erreichen wir am Nachmittag. Wir sitzen im Panoramadeck und beobachten das Treiben im Hafen. Dabei ergeben sich ein paar am\u00fcsante Motive. Danach geht die Fahrt weiter nach B\u00e5tsfjord, immer entlang an der kargen K\u00fcste der Varanger-Halbinsel.<br>Nach der Abfahrt in dem kleinen K\u00fcstenort wird es f\u00fcr mich interessant.<br>Wir n\u00e4hern uns Berlev\u00e5g. Gestern und vorgestern war ich noch auf dem Land dorthin unterwegs gewesen. Vorbei am Leuchtturm von Kj\u00f8lnes geht es in den Hafen. Hier wage ich mich in den kalten Wind, um ein bisschen zu fotografieren. Der Ort und die gro\u00dfen Molen kommen auf meine Speicherkarte. Unterdessen ankert ein altes Schiff auf dem Meer, die \u00bbNordstjernene\u00ab. Dieses alte Hurtigrutenschiff nimmt sp\u00e4ter unseren Platz in Berlev\u00e5g ein. Nun l\u00e4sst sich auch das Tanahorn erkennen \u2013 gute zwei Tage vorher war ich noch auf diesem Berg.<br>Es ist sehr kalt. Ich verlasse das Oberdeck und sehe meine Fahr- und Wanderziele der vergangenen Tage langsam an mir vorbeischwimmen \u2013 Tanahorn und Tanafjord. W\u00e4hrend wir uns der K\u00fcste der Nordkyn-Halbinsel n\u00e4hern, ziehe ich mich ins Bett
